RICK CLAPP grew up as an ‘Army brat’ all over the United States and Europe.  He received his Bachelor’s degree from Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky and his Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Rick has served over 20+ years as an Executive Pastor.  He has been national coach with Intentional Churches and has also served as a strategic coach with Church Community Builder (CCB).  In addition, Rick is a trained StratOp Facilitator with the Patterson Center.

Rick coaches leaders, churches, businesses and non-profit organizations across the United States, Canada, and Africa on their executive strategies, systems/processes, and best practices.  Rick enjoys biking, Jeeping, family, big breakfasts, and Dallas Cowboys football.  

LAURA CLAPP is a Certified Enneagram Coach specializing in team assessment and coaching as well as candidate assessment and screening.  She has over  20  years of experience in leading teams and guiding leaders to discover their calling. Laura grew up in a small town in Glasgow, Kentucky.

She loves being present with people when the light bulb comes on and they realize why they do what they do best.  Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Counseling and Youth Ministries from Liberty University, and a Master of Biblical Studies degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.  A pastor’s wife for the past 25 years, she has partnered with her husband in executive ministry and co-founded Beyond Survival.  

At home in beautiful Colorado, Rick and Laura love to spend time with their six children.
