CULTURE ALIGNMENT

Alignment is hard to define, but easy to articulate when it’s not right.  Like a car that is out of alignment, it feels like you are being pulled to the right or left.  Everything isn’t firing on all cylinders.  Something doesn’t feel right.  In alignment we will work on and help identify the following  areas:

 

Schedules are not working or kept

Systems are exhausted and outdated

Communication not working

Processes are outdated or not working

Authenticity and health are not being experienced

Stagnant and not growing mentally or spiritually

Feel lost and disorganized, with no true north or clear direction for change

Personal rhythms are not working or nonexistent

What is currently existing because it is a sacred cow verses being mission critical? 

Evaluate personal and business processes and rhythms

Compare what we say with how we behave

What lanes need to be clarified for decision making and leadership?

What is the plan and  how will we get there? 

Creating next steps that is driven by strategy and developed all the way down to tactics.

Filter everything through what is most important (mission, values, metrics and strategy)

Eliminate meetings and change frequency of meetings according to plan

Build systems for forward planning. Calendar is under control and there is an understanding of how to use it strategically

Stop all unnecessary and non mission critical activities

Start giving new responsibilities and decision making power in their areas of expertise and gifting

Create dashboards, regularly scheduled evaluation, and systems in place to measure the difference you are attempting to create

Demonstrate that EVERYTHING is up for feedback and evaluation

Feel more at peace and sleep better at night
