Creating next steps that is driven by strategy and developed all the way down to tactics.
Filter everything through what is most important (mission, values, metrics and strategy)
Eliminate meetings and change frequency of meetings according to plan
Build systems for forward planning. Calendar is under control and there is an understanding of how to use it strategically
Stop all unnecessary and non mission critical activities
Start giving new responsibilities and decision making power in their areas of expertise and gifting
Create dashboards, regularly scheduled evaluation, and systems in place to measure the difference you are attempting to create
Demonstrate that EVERYTHING is up for feedback and evaluation
Feel more at peace and sleep better at night
